This website is a journal of my adventures in the kitchen. The posts aren’t exactly recipes but do list most of the ingredients used and provide a brief explanation of how the dish came to be. You may be surprised at some of the ingredients. I cook with what I have. Sometimes I have great ingredients, sometimes I have canned tomatoes! If you decide to cook one of my posts feel free to substitute ingredients with what you have.
Although the intent of this website is to keep track of my adventures, feel free to use it how you want-whether that means looking at the pictures, cooking a dish, or using a recipe as inspiration for something else. I can’t promise the posts fully explain each dish so if you have questions, just ask!
