Couldn’t decide between onion dip or hummus so I combined the two and made a caramelized onion and garbanzo bean dip!
In this pan there is about a half a diced onion, a tablespoon of fresh minced garlic, a tablespoon of sriracha hot sauce, a smidge of red stripe beer, a tablespoon of butter, a tablespoon of olive oil and a little salt, pepper, and seasoning salt
In the food processor is two cans of garbanzo beans, about ten cherry tomatoes cut in half, four marinated sun dried tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of dried garlic powder
Poured the onions and spicy oils into the food processor
Processed until it was nice and fluffy
Served with carrots and pita!
