This one is pretty simple, but very delicious!

I whipped together some finely chopped peperoncinis, red bell pepper, green chili pepper, a spoonful of brie, and a quarter cup of cream cheese.

Then I took some thin slices of salami and put a little scoop of cheese in each one and folded it in half.

  1. I’m hosting a wine-bottling “Gourmet Group” dinner in the Fall. This will be a perfect addition to the other foods, which we’ll be serving picnic style.
